This lovely little reserve of lagoons and marshland on a wide bend in the River Aire sits right at the heart of the Leeds-Shipley conurbation but boasts an impressive list of species. The reserve lies on a recognised ‘flyway’ for wildfowl and waders on migration and at this time of year anything can turn up here.
